Mark is one of the Founding Partners of the Napier Wolf Group and has worked in the Search sector since 2002. Mark has a strong interest in the Executive Talent sector, and has helped In-house Search teams and Executive Search practices globally with a range of consulting services ranging from auditing competition, vendor management/analysis and training in best practice.

Andrew is one of the Founding Partners of the Napier Wolf Group and has worked in executive search since 2000.  Having developed a track record as one of the leading providers of executive search talent from researcher to equity partner for executive search firms, he founded our in-house practice.  Andrew has delivered on critical assignments for corporate recruiting, in-house executive search and RPO teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and continues develop innovative sourcing strategies to match the pace of change that drives the market he delivers to.

Andrew is also our benchmarking lead, working with corporate and public sector clients to identify best practice in delivering HR services and regularly working with clients to set reward strategies.  Andrew works closely with recognized industry bodies such as the Association of Graduate Recruiters to present sector intelligence such as the Annual Graduate Recruitment and Development Professionals Salary survey.

Andrew holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from Reading University, has served Reigate & Banstead Borough Council as a Councillor for four years from 2004 and is a Non-Executive Board Member of Raven Housing Trust where he chairs the remuneration committee.
